We want you to be happy with your order from M & D The Printing Factory.

Personalised and custom-made products

Products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as items printed with your name, photograph, wording or custom design, cannot normally be returned or cancelled simply because you have changed your mind.

Please check all names, spelling, sizes, colours, images and other personalisation details carefully before placing your order. We produce personalised items using the information supplied with your order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Your statutory rights are not affected. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error with your personalisation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.

Non-personalised products

For eligible non-personalised goods purchased online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Items should be returned in their original condition. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
