Order Processing

Many of our products are personalised or made to order. Please allow time for your item to be prepared and personalised before dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on the product and level of personalisation. Any estimated processing information shown on the product page should be considered before placing your order.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £5.99 for orders under £50.

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders of £50 or more.

Our standard delivery estimate is 2–4 business days after dispatch. This delivery estimate does not include the time required to produce or personalise your order.

Delivery Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier or postal delays. If you experience a problem with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist you.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

International Delivery

International delivery may not be available to all destinations. Where international delivery is available, the applicable shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
